July 27, 2021 : Goodbye Tennessee!

We woke up early this morning so John and Mom could stop at the museum to get our sticker and magnet while Dad worked on getting the trailer ready. We had a long drive to Branson MO ahead of us! 

Dad and John went on a quick hike to see a little waterfall, then we piled in the car, snacks all packed, and hit the open road!



We found this cool tree stump with a new tree growing in it! Bye Tennessee - you’ve been great!!!

After about 2 weeks east of the Mississippi, we crossed it again!

We finally made it to Branson around dusk, where we had a KOA booked.

Apparently when you say you are arriving after hours, they give you the most difficult spot with a giant electrical pole at the front, to park at. Luckily, Richard is extremely talented at driving and trailer and incredible stubborn, and impressed our new neighbors by getting in this spot! 

Tomorrow we will explore a little more!
